Hello!
It’s been a while since our last newsletter. One of our goals in 2019 is to be more consistent about providing updates to the community about what’s happening with FreeIC. That being said, here’s a couple updates on what we’ve been working on.
FreeIC continues to grow and 2018 was an exciting year! We had 256 FreeIC Conversationalist joined 23 events, in 9 different cities globally, that were organized by our 12 FreeIC Leads. Here are some of the memorable moments that we experienced last year:
We hosted outings in multiple cities growing our message one conversation at a time. Keep up with us on Instagram to see photos from our latest outings.
Our international presence grew as well! We had several successful events in Paris, and our Sydney team was featured on Viceland’s “The Feed SBS.”
We had the amazing opportunity to team up with Jon Haidt & Heterodox Academy for an outing in New York. Check out Jon Haidt’s testimonial on the experience:

I was a bit nervous before being sent into a conversation, but am amazing thing happens when strangers are put together who have already made it clear that they are willing to talk to strangers: honesty, without a need to impress, because you're probably never going to see them again.
