Hello Conversationalists!
Happy independence weekend to those in the United States, and summer greetings to our friends in other countries outside of the U.S! June was a month filled with plenty of new friends, faces, and relationships for FreeIC. Hopefully you yourself have had a chance to meet some new friends or have conversations with some new faces. Read on to see what we have been up to!
Monthly Virtual Connect 6.6.21
This month’s virtual connect was another enjoyable event! Cliff and Kyle joined some members from our FreeIC community to engage in some conversation topics ranging from lifestyle choices to how perception affects the ways we interact with each other. We will be skipping our MVC for July in honor of the holiday, but we are looking forward to great conversations at the next event in August.
Special Birthday Shoutout
On June 9th our marketing manager Allison had a birthday and we wanted to give her a special shout out! We have been very privileged to have Allison join our team this year, and are excited to see what comes next for her as she helps us continue to share FreeIC with the world.
FreeIC x Heterodox Academy Event
FreeIC had the opportunity to host another event with Heterodox Academy on June 13th, and though it was a small group, we were able to really connect and engage on a number of topics. In addition to hosting events with Heterodox, we are also working to connect students from classrooms at different institutions so that they can engage in free and diverse dialogue! FreeIC Munich Event
Last week our friends over in Munich hosted another successful event for their growing community! We love to see how they are growing the FreeIC community overseas and continuing to host opportunities for people to connect and engage in Germany. Looking forward to what’s next for this group!
