Hello Conversationalists!
July has been a month of ups and downs! From the new Delta variant of Covid-19 that is spreading around the globe, to the Milwaukee Bucks breaking a 50 year drought to win the NBA finals, to the surprising events of the Olympics in Tokyo, there has been much to discuss. As for FreeIC, July was a bit of a slower month for us. However, despite it being slow we still have some things we would like to share with you, so please read on!
FreeIC Question of the Week
We are continuing our question of the week series, and on July 7th we were excited to have Gati join us! Gati is a friend of Cliff and Kyle, and a member of the FreeIC community. She, Kyle, and Ally had a great conversation related to the question “What one thing have you not done that you really want to do? FreeIC Event with Greenhouse
We at FreeIC were excited to partner with Greenhouse and host our first monthly session to help their teams to connect and engage with each other! We had 20+ team members from Greenhouse show up, and engaged in conversations ranging from mortality, to what makes a place a home, to what their profession would be if happiness was the national currency. It was great connecting with our friends at Greenhouse, and we can’t wait to reconnect again next month! August Monthly Virtual Connect - Recap
We took July off for the monthly virtual connect, but we were back at it on August 1st! We were excited to have some returning faces join us along with some new ones. The questions we examined this time included some deeper topics such as “what’s the most important decision you need to make in the next year” and “do you remember the moment when you felt your childhood had ended?” Through these topics we really connected with one another and engaged in an amazing way! The next opportunity for our MVC will be in October, as we will be taking September off for the Labor day holiday weekend. Cheers to having you join for future conversations!
